Sex and Nudity
We don't like disgusting behavior and neither, we believe, does the
community. We'll do whatever we can to banish offensive conduct. Whatever
you do on here remember that, not only might someone be watching you,
someone could be recording you. Protect yourself and we will do everything
we can within the confines of our terms and conditions to protect you
too.
Hate Speech
"Hate speech" refers to content that promotes hatred against members of a
protected group. For instance, racist or sexist content may be considered
hate speech.
Shocking/Disrespectful
Do not play feeds that are primarily intended to be shocking, sensational
or disrespectful.
Children
Feeds involving children (anyone under the age of 18) are particularly
sensitive. Feeds containing children should never be sexually suggestive or
violent. Please be cautious when posting something involving a child. If
you're sharing a private moment it is better not to broadcast on SpinTheCam.
Deliberate abuse of these rules will be immediately reported to the
authorities.
Copyright
When you create something original, you own the copyright for it.
Remember that most material out there such as music, videos and even
pictures have some copyright protection somewhere so don't show it in your
feed unless you have permission to do so.
Privacy
Don't show a feed of people that do not know they are part of a live
broadcast. Chances are those people will file a privacy complaint or report
you for harassment and the penalties can be serious. Don't post other
people's personal information, including phone numbers, addresses, credit
card numbers, and government IDs. We're serious about keeping our users safe
and suspend accounts that violate people's privacy.
Harassment and Threats
If you wouldn't say it to someone's face in person, don't say it on
SpinTheCam. Users shouldn't feel threatened when they're on SpinTheCam.
Please respect this friendly home for a worldwide community of the
interested.
Respect the SpinTheCam Community
There will always be someone who tries to spoil the fun! Be diligent in
reporting bad behavior and just help us keep this place good clean fun -
somewhere people want to return to again and again without fear of being
disgusted or abused. Let's be true to our spirit, "There are no strangers
here only friends you haven't yet met."
Most Common Misdemeanors
- SpinTheCam is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If you
broadcast features this or, worse, it's a video of yourself, don't air it on
SpinTheCam. Also, be advised that we work will report attempted or actual
child exploitation to the law enforcement authority of your country. - Don't go live with bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age
drinking and smoking, or bomb making. - Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your feed shows
someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it. In
fact, don't waste your time featuring non-live feeds or videos because
almost as soon as they are aired they will be purged. - SpinTheCam is not a shock site. Don't displace gross-out feeds intended
to shock or disgust. Again, you will risk a permanent ban as per our terms
and conditions. - Respect copyright. Only broadcast feeds that you made or that you are
authorized to use. This means don't broadcast videos without necessary
authorizations that you didn't make, or use content in your feed that
someone else owns the copyright to. - We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express
unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which
attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion,
disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender
identity). - Things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment,
intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people's personal
information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the
Terms of Use are taken very seriously. Anyone caught doing these things may
be permanently banned from SpinTheCam. - Everyone hates spam. Don't air pointless ads, videos and other things
that are not aligned with what we are trying to do here. It's not okay to
post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including
comments and private messages.
We enforce these guidelines BUT you also need to be prudent
SpinTheCam staff review reported feed offenders 24 hours a day. Accounts
are penalized or banned for breaches of our terms and conditions. If your
account is terminated, YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED to create any new accounts.
Be smart. You just need to look at YouTube to see videos from our
website that probably the "performers" have no knowledge. Unscrupulous
people can record what they see and either try to profit from it if it is
pornographic or have a laugh at your expense if it is embarrassing.

Remember that this is your community! Each and every user of SpinTheCam
makes the site what it is.
